EFFS Floor Spring Isolators are specially designed to support floating wooden floor systems by effectively isolating noise and vibration in environments where acoustic performance is critical. They provide superior control of both high- and low-frequency vibrations, making them ideal for applications such as recording studios, auditoriums, home theatres, gymnasiums, industrial facilities, and other noise-sensitive spaces.
The floor spring isolators create a reliable and consistent air gap beneath the floating floor, ensuring optimum vibration isolation and long-term performance. The isolators are installed at predetermined locations, where wooden joists, logs, or a plywood framework rest securely on the isolator housings. Once the substructure is in place, the finished wooden flooring or wooden tiles can be installed above, resulting in a stable, durable and acoustically isolated floating floor system.
